Tomorrow is Valentine's Day and the school is having a P.J. Spirit Day. So dress in your warmest and comfiest P.J's

We started weekly writing today, our focus for February is on current events. I will be providing articles in class but if the students wish they may get their own article to read, summarize and give their opinion on provided it is current adn they submit a copy of the article with their writing.

We started a new unit in math on perimeter, area and surface area. A lot of people were missing today so we really just imputed the formulas into our math dictionary and discussed ways to solve these types of problems.

Don't forget to keep reading the class book, "Rule of Thre3" it is our goal to make it to chapter 25 by Friday.
