Weekly Writing due on Friday, this is our last weekly writing for the year 2015, new topics will be waiting for you after the Christmas Holidays.

Today we looked at area of an irregular shape ( two rectangles joined together, actually) Most did well, but everyone is encouraged to look over the worksheet tonight.
Remember:1) split the shape into two workable rectangles
                   2) find the area of each rectangle ( Area= length x width )
                   3) add the areas of the two rectangles together.
