Please continue to talk to your children about the changes they are going to be experiencing during puberty. They had lots of questions in class today and I have discovered that they have lots of misconceptions based on "things they heard". Some people that puberty will happen overnight, while others thought that it happened much, much later in life. The girls in particular have LOTS of questions about their menstrual cycle.
