Yesterday's math was hard, so today we took a step back and looked at the grid method when multiplying  a 2 digit number by a two digit number. Ask your child about it! We also reviewed the old way ( the way I was taught to multiply) and if you YouTube the turtlehead method of multiplying you can see a video that explains it...it is old!

Please finish the puzzle sheet. The students have to solve a collection of multiplication problems then assemble the answers to form a hockey player. Once the studnets gain confidence with this activity we are going to look at page 60 ( from yesterday) again.

Language: please finish chapter 4 for tomorrow. We have been working on it for three days now.
